Vincent Raineri is a French art director and motion designer based in Montreal.
He likes to explore new techniques and reconsider the existing. Its elegant and refined style, graphic and minimalist, this allows it to adapt to several areas of motion design with exceptional fluidity.
Through this short interview, you will discover the universe of this talented digital artist.
What is your source of inspiration for your work?
I could answer in a very simple way! Instagram, Behance and all the big studios. I like to believe that my daily life, my family life, my close associates play a part in my inspirations, my desires and my creations.
I like to experiment a lot, discover new technique and new support for creation, but my style remains very graphic and minimal -Vincent Rainieri-
What kind of technology, technical or software do you use?
Adobe Creative Suite, Cinema 4D, are my favorite tools.
I also like shootings a lot, it allows me to look for others aesthetics and especially to leave my screen for a shooting studio (Example: Mac Valaire and Bal du MAC).
I have some personal projects that are under development. A work with more footage mixed with motion design.
Shooting is something that I miss and would like to develop more!
Why can your work be a source of inspiration for others?
Wow, that’s a tough question! To be honest I’m way too shy to answer that! Perhaps my journey can be a source of inspiration.
I moved to Montreal almost 10 years ago, alone, without any contacts.
My skills are mostly self-taught and are the result of my passion and my steadiness!
But I was able to achieve my goals through collaboration with other artists/motion designers etc. I always thought that two heads are better than one.
Projects are always richer!
